Officers from the three guilds in the alliance have been discusing a merger between our guilds to consolidate our active members. The nitty gritty was discussed and worked out though a meeting with representation from all guilds. The end result is that we will all be consolidating into one guild with one central site and teamspeak. This will allow members to find each other and organize get togethers more often.
Votes were taken and MeM was determined to be the guild we would merge into. We also have restructured the guild to reflect the merger with representation from all the involved guilds. The guild will be run with a central core of officers that votes on any important decisions. The guild leader will be just like any other officer but will settle any disputes between officers if needed.
The new Officer List is:
Monty - AoF
Grimli - AoF
Marek - MeM
Janus - MeM
Grimm - MeM
Delta - SW
Rosie - SW
Guild Leader - Koraschuth
Each guild is notifying their current members and preparing for the switch. I will be leaving my extra account in AoF to help members move over. Steelwind does not have anyone active with an extra account at the moment. Rosie will be staying with SW for the time being and helping notify her members.

There will be an alliance meeting on 4/4/09 at 8:30PM EDT to discuss the details of a consolidation of guilds.
Seeing as GW2 is at least a year from becoming a reality, a consolidation of guilds will allow active members to see who is online by viewing the guild roster. Details on which guild will be active and leadership and officers will be posted after we (alliance leaders and officers) come to a decision.
